Capabilities

Three integrated capabilities, one accountable team.

Clients engage Cadence for an individual workstream or for the full program. Most begin with design and expand into manufacturing and install as the relationship matures.

01

Design & specification

We draw every product line to a single set of proportions, finishes, and hardware families, then deliver the documentation an architect or detailer can specify against without re-drawing.

  • CAD details on request
  • Bilingual EN/FR documentation
  • Substitutions reviewed in writing
02

Manufacturing & quality

Production runs are scheduled against the project, not a forecast. Quality oversight is on-floor at three checkpoints, with photographic reports inside the same business day as inspection.

  • On-floor QA at IPC · DPI · PSI
  • CSA A440 / NAFS-11 tested
  • Same-day photographic reports
03

Logistics & install support

Palletized to the project site, scheduled against the trade calendar, with an install reference per opening and a named program lead from order through punch list.

  • Scheduled palletized delivery
  • Install reference per opening
  • Single program invoice

The program

From brief to install, managed by a single team.

Most program failures originate in the handoffs between design, manufacturer, inspector, and freight. Cadence consolidates these functions under one team with unified reporting across all seven phases.

  1. 01

    Brief

Project drawings, opening schedule, and target landed cost. We respond inside two business days with a structured plan, indicative configurations, and lead time.

  2. 02

    Specify

A spec package is issued: configurations, glass package, finishes, hardware, and the CAD details a builder can issue with the drawings.

  3. 03

    Sample

Where the project warrants it, a sample sash and corner section are produced for review before the production purchase order is released.

  4. 04

    Manufacture

Production runs in scheduled batches with on-floor quality oversight at three defined checkpoints. Photographic evidence is shared the same day.

  5. 05

    Inspect

Pre-shipment inspection at agreed AQL thresholds. The same team that detailed the product signs off on the final unit before sealing the crate.

  6. 06

    Ship

Palletized for the site, scheduled against the trade calendar. Documentation, install guidance, and delivery windows are sent ahead of arrival.

  7. 07

    Install

A named lead is available through punch list. Service requests against installed product are tracked under the original program reference.

Tested and documented standard

Standards & compliance

Documented against the frameworks Canadian and U.S. specification require.

Full test reports, mill certificates, and program-specific compliance documentation are issued with the spec package.

The team

Bilingual at the studio. Trilingual on the floor.

Clients communicate in the language of their choice. We communicate with the manufacturer in theirs. Translation latency and supplier misunderstanding are removed by design.
